Make customer’s 💖 melt. Provide “above and beyond” customer service in all interactions and provide the biggest possible customer satisfaction. 

GET READY: 

• Give joy to Saint Luca customers by solving their queries via live chat, social media and email. No phone calls over here!
• Answer customers’ queries & provide reliable information. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Give ‘WOW’ effect to inspire love for our products and team through by creating unforgettable brand / customers experience
• Own online reputation projects and implement data driven practices 
• Implement humanized brand tone of voice making customers 
• Work alongside marketers to increase customers satisfaction 
• Implement practices to drive sales via customer support

We Expect You To Be Obsessed With Customers Happiness:

• You are fluent in English (excellent written communication) & Lithuanian
• Strong English & Lithuanian in written and verbal communication
• Empathy and understanding - basically showing clients how important they are!
• Helpful & humble personality - we want our team to practice what we preach - being helpful not only to our clients but also to others
