COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT, February 7, 2022

Saint Luca fulfilment team is busy working on your orders. Almost all of our facilities are working 24/7 and we're now fulfilling more orders than ever. 

Note! While serving you, we’re taking all the necessary precautions to keep all our employees safe as well.

1. FULFILMENT TIMES

Due to the statewide stay-at-home order in Lithuania, our fulfilment centre may experience a delay so our normal 24-48 processing hours can take up to the full 72 business hours (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out. 

Once a package is dispatched for shipping, an email with a tracking number will be sent and it can take up to 7-10 days for the information to update as it will be handed off to post service. This change is effective for all orders starting on February 7, 2022.

Currently, our in-stock orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 1-2 business days. After we've sent it to our vendors for shipping, you will get the tracking number.

We're doing the best we can to fulfil your orders on time, but there are industry-wide shipping delays that may impact delivery dates. 

2. SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping carriers in Europe and North America are struggling to process all the incoming orders. 

USPS is limiting the daily number of packages they accept, and millions of shipments are stuck in distribution centres, leading to extensive industry-wide shipping delays. 

We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're handed over to the post service, it's up to their sorting centre capacity. We see that the shipping estimates provided by post service aren’t fully reliable, which means that sadly some of your orders might not arrive on time. 

Shipping delays can appear from 1 to 10 weeks in some countries.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATE

Note that the tracking links take longer than usual to update. The overload of shipments in distribution centres means the post is slower than usual to register and ship your orders. 

Sometimes the tracking info won't change for over a week or more until the item is scanned, or even up to the point of delivery. 


Know that your orders aren't lost—they're still being processed and updated by the post!


We're experiencing delays throughout the US with USPS shipments. Some orders are stuck in distribution centres where they show no movement. We've confirmed with USPS that the orders aren't lost, but are waiting to be processed and will be delivered.

Our Customer Support team is here to answer all your questions, but we don't have access to have specific order information.

- What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated? 

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is the sum of estimated fulfilment and shipping time. 

Our fulfilment time average is 1–3 business days. When we calculate the estimated fulfilment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity. 

Shipping time is provided by post service and we’re updating the newest information we receive from the post.


The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. 


- Is it safe to receive orders? 

Yes. We are following the guidelines of the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), the chances of contracting COVID-19 from an inanimate object are very low. This includes all the products we ship as well as the packaging materials that we use. For up-to-date guidance on packages, please refer to the CDC website.
