YOUR DELIVERY POLICY:
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Orders received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
- HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS TAKE?
Shipping times depend on your location. Extremely extended delays are recorded in these countries: Australia, and Canada. Also, remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other sales).

- HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status here. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- ORDER PROCESSING
- We ship from our European warehouse.
- We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at support@saintluca.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Tracking - If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).

- All packages are shipped with tracking numbers. As for the proof of delivery, we can only rely on tracking number information, so the refund is applicable just for orders with the status “confirmed as lost”.
- Please be informed that once the parcel reaches Canada/Australia, you will not be able to track your order since the Canadian/Australian post does not track international posts.
- TAXES
Saint Luca cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
