Since Saint Luca ships worldwide, the shipping times might be a little different depending on where you are. In the US, it usually takes around 25 days for your package to arrive, while European countries can expect it in about 15 working days. But you know how it goes - sometimes, there might be some transit hiccups that could add up to 30 business days to the delivery time. So, just keep that in mind! We'll do our best to get your lovely pieces to you as soon as we can. 😊
We totally understand that sometimes plans change, but according to our terms and conditions, we can't cancel orders once they're placed. But no worries, we've got your back!

Priority handling shipping option is different from express shipping. With priority handling, we make sure to give your order top priority for fast processing, but please note that the shipping itself is standard and its speed depends on the capacity of the shipping company.
If your parcel hasn't been shipped yet, you can totally change your address! Just reach out to our awesome support team, and we'll gladly update it for you. However, if the parcel has already been sent to the wrong address, we can't issue a refund and it is the customer's responsibility to take care of their parcel.
