BRAND AMBASSADOR CONTENT PRODUCING TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to Saint Luca.

As an ambassador, you agree to spread the good word about our company by creating content with Saint Luca’s products. We expect our ambassadors to act as advocates for the Saint Luca brand and help to maintain its positive image and reputation.

By participating in Saint Luca (the “Company”) Brand Ambassador Program, you – applicant (the “Brand Ambassador”) are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.

1. BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

• You certify to SAINT LUCA that you are at least 18 years of age. 
• The Company reserves the right to decline applications if it feels like the potential Brand Ambassador is not a good fit or there are no more places available in the program. 
• Brand Ambassador must have and actively use at least one of the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube. 
• Brand Ambassador must create an agreed content, following provided guidelines. 
• Ambassadors must create content, both in quality and quantity, as per the initial agreement with Saint Luca and deliver it as per agreed timelines. 
• Brand Ambassador agrees to follow at least one of our accounts listed below: Facebook, Instagram. 
• Brand Ambassador agrees not to use harmful actions for the Company’s image and reputation.
• Brand Ambassador agrees not to disclose the activities, rewards, and other information available in the Ambassador portal to any third party. 
• Ambassadors who do not follow the requirements can be subject to termination, suspension, or their supplements or commissions being held until all requirements are followed. 
• In addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Brand Ambassadors must also act in compliance with all Saint Luca guidelines and https://saintluca.com/pages/terms-and-conditions 
• Brand ambassadors should carefully read the activity description and requirements before completing the activity. 
• Brand Ambassador agrees to adjust or create new content if it’s not meeting the provided requirements. 
• By submitting the task required content sharing, Brand Ambassador automatically gives the Company usage rights for shared photos on its website, blog, social media account, paid ads without requiring special permission of Brand Ambassador. 

2. AWARDS

• The Program offers multiple benefits to Brand Ambassadors in exchange for the content (information, images, pictures, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials). 
• Benefits are offered to Brand Ambassadors during the Program in exchange for content production. 
• Brand Ambassadors create the Content with a product or products Saint Luca has sent to the Brand Ambassador as a part of the Program. 
• Available awards and benefits will be shared directly with confirmed brand ambassadors. 
• New offers and weekly deals can be shared in the weekly newsletter for the brand ambassadors. 
• The fulfillment and shipping expenses of the free products for Brand Ambassadors are covered by Saint Luca. The Brand Ambassador may need to pay the relevant taxes & duties in his or her jurisdiction. 
• Brand Ambassadors will be provided with PROMO CODES to share with their community and social media followers. 
• The Company may provide additional REWARDS to top-performing Brand Ambassadors based on its own discretion. 
• The Company’s discretion, it may increase, change, or modify reward distributions at any time with no liability or further obligations to Brand Ambassadors. 

3. CONTENT & RESTRICTIONS

• Content that you post, submit, upload, display, sell or use using our Program and services is your Content for which you are solely responsible. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to the Content and that you’re not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it or using it. 
• By participating in the Program and creating the Content, the Brand Ambassador agrees that Saint Luca can use the Content on the Site, social media accounts, blog or in its marketing activities, and grants a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display the Content in any media including posting in an online gallery, publication(s), and various marketing materials, with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom. 

4. GENERAL 

• The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as the Company’s employee for any reason. 
• The Company reserves the unconditional right to accept or deny any Brand Ambassador who applies. Submitting this application form does not mean you are entitled to enroll in this program. 
• The Company’s team carefully reviews each and every of the application forms before accepting a new ambassador. Once Brand Ambassador is chosen, the Brand Ambassador will receive a welcome on board email. 
• The Brand Ambassador Program does not pay monetary commissions. 
• There is absolutely no cost to be a Saint Luca Brand Ambassador. 

5. TERMINATION

• This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Brand Ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party. 
• The Company may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. 
• Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a written notice of termination. 
• The Company reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador’s position in the program due to inactivity. 

6. CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT

The Brand Ambassador refrains from disclosing any confidential information (“Confidential Information”) about SAINT LUCA to any third-party, unless agreed otherwise by the Parties. Confidential information includes any information that The Brand Ambassador knew or should have known, under the circumstances, to be considered confidential by SAINT LUCA. Confidential Information also includes the fact that The Brand Ambassador Agreement was concluded between the Parties as well as the terms of this agreement. It may also include other information about SAINT LUCA, its business relations, products and other.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

The Company values Brand Ambassador’s privacy. The Company will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information.

7.1. What information do we collect from you and why do we need it

To ensure that you are suitable for being our Brand Ambassador and for communicating effectively with you, it is very important that you provide us with accurate personal information. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may ask for the following personal information:

Full Name, email address, phone number.
Address where the products will be sent.
Demographic information such as city, preferences, and interests.
Links to Brand Ambassador social media accounts, blogs and its numbers of followers and readers.
Brand Ambassadors marketing communication preferences.
Brand Ambassadors activities and issued rewards within Saint Luca Brand Ambassador Program.

– By submitting this Agreement, the Brand Ambassador gives to the Company the rights to use the assets including images shared within Saint Luca Ambassador Program. This allowance is not transferable to a third party.

– By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador agrees to receive regular email newsletters from Saint Luca. This service brings to Brand Ambassador details of weekly or monthly special offers and product promotions as well as information on new products.

Brand Ambassador can manage the newsletter service subscription any time.
